Dr. Hasan Bankeroğlu graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1980 and completed his specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Ministry of Health Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital. He first received IVF training in 1998 in Norfolk, Virginia, USA, and later completed additional IVF training at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2011.

Ilayda Kerem graduated from the University of Sussex, UK, in 2024 and completed her specialisation at Imperial College London in Reproductive and Developmental Biology in 2025. In 2025 she carried out IVF-related research on the influence of race and ethnicity on IVF outcomes at Hammersmith IVF Hospital, London. In 2023 she worked on the maintenance of pluripotency in embryonic stem cells within the Genetics Department at the University of Sussex.
